Glebe Park Surgery, Lincoln

GRS are proud to announce the successful completion of electrical works at the new Glebe Park Surgery, located at the Carlton Centre Retail Park in Lincoln. The project involved the transformation of a former retail unit into a modern, purpose-built healthcare facility—marking a significant investment in the city’s primary care infrastructure.

The new surgery dramatically enhances healthcare capacity for Glebe Park Surgery, tripling the clinical space previously available at their old premises. It now offers eight consulting rooms, improved staff facilities, and dedicated on-site parking. This state-of-the-art development is set to benefit thousands of patients across the local community, improving both the patient experience and working conditions for healthcare staff.

GRS delivered a comprehensive electrical installation package, including:

• Power distribution and lighting systems
• Fire alarm and intruder alarm systems
• Access control and CCTV
• Disabled refuge system
• Full data networking infrastructure
• EV charger installation in the on-site car park
