Residential Dwellings, Jessops Construction

GRS worked for Jessops Construction Ltd on the new Residential Dwellings at Pinfold Lane, Stapleford, Nottingham. These new dwellings formed part of a mixed use project in which Jessops Construction also built a new Aldi Store, with the provision of these dwellings being a key negotiating element in obtaining planning permission from the local council for this new store.

In total there are 10no 3 Bed Semi Detached dwellings, GRS installed full electrical services to these new properties. These properties undertook a high specification finishing schedule, helping ensure 9 of the properties were sold within 3 months of completion.
