The Horncastle Road House was a rewarding residential build contract for GRS, working on this unique residential build from the early concept design stages to the completed building.
GRS was not only involved in the electrical design installation, but also the design of the ground source heat pump, heat recovery ventilation, and underfloor heating systems. Bespoke designs for the electrical installation were created to ensure the clients needs were met.
With its unusually curved aluminium panelled roof which falls off dramatically at acute angles to the south east corner of the property, it strikes an impressive image as it appears on the horizon and very much resembles a house you would associate with the popular television programme ‘Grand Designs’.
